Loew & Behold Cleaning, LLC

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Loew & Behold Cleaning, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to residential and business clients (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.


2. Services Provided

Loew & Behold Cleaning, LLC provides residential and business cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Standard recurring cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in / move-out cleaning
  • Small business/commercial cleaning
  • Specialty and other cleaning

All services are performed by the owner/operator unless otherwise stated.


3. Scheduling & Access

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate scheduling information
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Secure pets or notify us in advance if pets will be present

If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on the size, condition, and scope of work
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, card, and some checks
  • Late payments or NSF may be subject to additional fees

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the home differs significantly from what was described at booking.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service
  • No-shows (or unable to access property) may be charged up to the full service amount

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning
  • We will return to address reasonable concerns at no additional cost

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Picking up clutter to allow for effective cleaning
  • Disclosing any hazardous conditions (mold, biohazards, pests, radiation exposure, or environments requiring specialized treatment such as cancer-related decontamination)
  • Providing running water and electricity

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.


8. Damage & Liability

We take care in performing services, but:

  • We must be notified of any damage or concerns within 24 hours
  • Liability is limited to the lesser of repair or replacement cost, or the total amount paid for the service
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Items not properly secured or stored
    • Normal wear and tear

Clients agree to identify fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, the company’s liability is limited to the business entity, and no personal liability extends to the owner, members, or employees.

Any disputes arising from services may be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Wisconsin, unless otherwise required by law.


9. Use of Supplies & Equipment

We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
If clients request specific products, they must be provided and clearly labeled.


10. Pets

We are pet-friendly, but:

  • Pets must be secured if they pose a safety risk
  • We are not responsible for pets escaping during service if proper precautions are not taken

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe or unsanitary
  • There is harassment, inappropriate behavior, or illegal activity
  • The scope of work differs significantly from what was agreed

12. Independent Business

Loew & Behold Cleaning, LLC is an independent business. Services are performed by the owner/operator and not as an employee of the Client.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, Loew & Behold Cleaning, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.


14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date.


15. Lockout / Entry Policy

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled service time.

  • If we are unable to enter the home upon arrival, a lockout fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service may be charged
  • This includes incorrect entry instructions, non-functioning lockboxes, or failure to provide access
  • If access is delayed, service time may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion

We recommend confirming access details the day before your appointment to avoid any issues.


16. Weather Policy

Safety is a priority for both the Client and the Company.

  • In cases of severe weather (snowstorms, ice, extreme conditions), appointments may be rescheduled at no penalty
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients as soon as possible if weather impacts service
  • If travel conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to delay or cancel service

Clients may also request to reschedule due to weather without penalty, provided reasonable notice is given.
